Jere. 17:5, 7
This is what the LORD says:
“Cursed is the one who trusts in man,
who draws strength from mere flesh
and whose heart turns away from the LORD...
“But blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD,
whose confidence is in him.
I'm reminded of the importance of Prayer: the act in which our trust is put most fully in the Lord and when our confidence is transferred from what we are doing or can do, to the Lord.
